The Machno Stud is proud to be one of the most successful Sports Pony producers in the U.K. A small stud farm, nestled in the mountains of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. Founded in the 70's by Meirion Jones. Our ponies have a proven track record of success at the highest levels in all disciplines.

At the Machno Stud we aim to produce ponies capable of competing at the highest level in all disciplines. A carefully selected long term breeding program, from proven bloodlines with outstanding confirmation and movement, of which we strive to improve with each generation.
Our Vision

Our vision is to produce well rounded ponies combining both the physical attributes and superb temperament needed to compete at the highest level. We give our foals the best possible start in life enabling them to develop slowly setting them up for long and successful carers.
